(Studio) President Nixon has prepared recommendation on busing for Congress but delays sending it so as not to influence Florida vote.

(White House) [President press Secretary Ron ZEIGLER says results of Florida primary will not influence Nixon, however, as his decision has already been made. He has already stated opposition to forced busing, and his message to Congress is possible solution.]
