(DC) Republican president nomination 15 sewn up for President Nixon with McCloskey and Ashbrook out of scene. Democratic party still unsure of candidate. Muskie, McGovern, Humphrey, and Wallace are still battling. Agnew refutes Muskie's terming Wallace a demagogue. Wallace won because he is distinctly different. His right wing ideals are similar to many left wing ones. Examples cited.
