(Studio) Pay Bd., risking threat of new strike, rejects longshoremen's new contract with shippers as inflationary. Cuts 21% pay hike to 15%.

[Dock workers express anger at Pay Bd. action, and willingness to strike again.] Strike could damage economy as much as inflationary wage settlement.
