(Studio) Cost of living rose .5% in February Inflation greater during Phase 2 than it was before freeze. Food prices rose 1.9%, meats 4.6%. President Econ. Advisor Herbert Stein says prices, other than food, rose little. Price Commission Chairperson C. Jackson Grayson says commission to hold hearings on rising food costs. AFL-CIO President George Meany says increase shows price control program a sham.
