(Studio) White House says North Vietnam offensive has not changed United States withdrawal policy. Next troop cut, however, will hinge on amount of Communist activity in south Build-up of United States air and sea power continues.

(Pentagon) Build-up of American power in Vietnam charted, include: B-52s, carriers, carrier planes, attack planes, and destroyers. Americans in Vietnam charted, incl.: ground troops, in South Vietnam, air troops in Thailand, sailors at sea, and B-52 crews.
