(DC) Marching mothers reach Capitol Hill after 620 mile of walking. Urge House action on antibusing constitution amendment. Mrs. Irene McCabe leads march. Representative Gerald Ford greets group, as do Senator William Brock and Representative Louise Day Hicks. Women hold rally on WasHington Monument grounds. [Mrs. MCCABE - says effort Has rekindled antibusing sentiment.] Turnout small.
