(Studio) North Vietnam politbureau member Le Duc Tho met with Henry Kissinger in secret negotiations last year He's now back in Paris and secret talks may resume. Mar. 24, David Livingston, VP Distributive Workers of American, with 2 other US labor leaders, met with Le Duc Tho in Hanoi, North Vietnam. He talked with Kissinger upon his return to US.

(DC) [LIVINGSTON - reveals conversation with Kissinger in which Kissinger discussed a coalition government in South Vietnam. Admin. says publicity it will not impose a coalition (incl. Communist representative) on South Vietnam; President Thieu says he will never accept one.
