(Columbus, Ohio) Ohio State Fair draws record mos. of people. ABC poll reflects results of Harris poll indicating Nixon ground swell among alienated. [Ohio citizens comment on why they're voting for Nixon.] Columbus, Ohio, "Dispatch" poll shows youth voters choose McGovern, but Nixon lead widens as age groups progress. [Senior citizen will give Nixon a chance to finish what he started.] McGovern's turn-arounds on Senator Eagleton for Vice President and on welfare, found damaging to his cause. [Voters supporting both candidates air views.]
