(Studio) Communist forces regroup around Hue, South Vietnam. Cloud cover could protect North Vietnam from United States air strikes. Order restored to Hue. South Vietnam try to drive enemy from Highway 14 between Kontum and Pleiku in central highlands.

(Bien Hoa, South Vietnam) Survivors of United States gunship shot down Tuesday near An Loc, rescued. Many crewmen are not. Planes built for night use, now make day runs and are sitting ducks, flying at low altitudes. United States cmd. discontinues day missions after "stinger" is hit.
