REPORTER: Roger Mudd
(San Jose, California) Conflicting testimony, circumstantial evidence against Miss Davis makes final arguments important Prosecutor Albert Harris cites major point: guns used in shoot-out registered to Miss Davis. Prosecution witnesses testified they saw Miss Davis visit Jonathan Jackson at San Quentin prison prior to shoot-out, and outside courthouse day previous. Branton says that wasn't Miss Davis.
