[HUMPHREY - says Democrats must recognize Alabama Governor George Wallace's vote appeal if they are to beat Nixon in November Says if Wallace accepts platform he will be eligible for Vice President nom; but it would be highly unrealistic.] [Mississippi Governor William WALLER - says Humphrey more nearly representatives thinking of American mainstream.] [WI Governor Patrick LUCEY - says there is no evidence of a stop-McGovern drive, and Georgia Governor Jimmy Carter would disavow his press linkage with move.]
