(Studio) House passes antibusing legislation as part of education bill.

(Capitol Mill) Proposal already passed by Senator, debated in House by liberals, who say it goes too far; and conservatives, led by Representative Gerald Ford, who say it doesn't go far enough. President Nixon expected to sign it. Education bill include: direct aid to universities; emergency grants; student grants; veterans' aid; program merger; funds collection; job education; national institute.
