(Studio) Gov't. forces push into North Vietnam-held Quang Tri Province, recapture Dap Da on South Vietnam coast, break through to An Loc. Highway 1 still not secure, but North Vietnam pressure easing. At Trang Bang, South Vietnam, ARVN planes accidentally drop napalm on fleeing civilians. Many survive, despite severe burns.
