(Studio) Paris Peace negotiations continue.

(Paris, France) Paris Peace Talks session meets on day after President foreign affairs adviser Henry Kissinger met with North Vietnam top negotiators. VC's Mme. Binh as uncompromising as ever. North Vietnam's Xuan Thuy still demands simultaneous political and military agreements; insists American oust South Vietnam President Thieu. [American Ambassador William PORTER - suggests slight improvement in tone of exchanges, but nothing discernable on substance.]

(State Department) Admin. feels North Vietnam has decided to wait out President election before making significant concession. If there is a breakthrough in Paris, it will come only because President finally yields to pressures of war, not North Vietnam.
