Howard Hunt, Junior named, with Stans and Committee to Reelect President, as defendants in case. [Nixon Campaign Director Clarke MacGREGOR - criticizes libeling of honorable men. Instructs Republican attys. to file suit for malicious prosecution and abuse of process.] Democrat charges reviewed.
