(Hanoi, North Vietnam) Elias, Walter E. Wilbur, William Glen Byrns interviewed last mo. [ELIAS - not aware of destruction of civilians by bombing until captured.] [BYRNS - has seen many pictures of bomb damage while POW.] [WILBUR - agrees with Ramsay Clark (in North Vietnam at time of interview) that bombing destruction is a tragedy.]
