(Hanoi, North Vietnam) Reporter lists impressions: "friendly" (North Vietnam) airplane; quiet atmosphere; bicycling typical; oxcarts used; laughter frequent; sunrises over lakes (as United States can't bomb the sun). Reunification Lake shown; "reunification" said pervasive desire, bombing by United States obsessive subject. Govt. officials said determined, but hospitable, though "poor in submission."
