(Studio) 3 American POW's released by North Vietnam (Major Edward Elias, Lieutenant J. G. Mark Gartley, Norris Charles) arrive in Moscow, USSR , en route home. United States diplomatic mission deputy chief Adolph Dubs offers POW's sleeping qtrs., medical care, military transport hone; they refuse for sake of other prisoners.
