(White House) House Banking and Currency Committee decides to investigate financial monopoly maintained on Key Biscayne by Rebozo. Chairperson Wright Patman orders Treasury Department official James Smith to release file with regard to rival banking group's effort to establish another bank besides Rebozo's. Smith confident of own actions.
