[SPARKMAN - says his voting record supports Nixon 78%, with McGovern 50%.] Former Postmaster General Winton Blount is backed by Nixon administration, which wants to take Republican control of Senator [BLOUNT - calls for end to busing, strong national defense] Alabama Governor Wallace may determine winner.
