(Studio) Egyptian President Anwar Sadat holds news conference

(Cairo, Egypt) Sadat to agree to negotiations only after Israeli troops retreat to October 22 cease-fire line. Sadat claims Egyptian army in position to destroy Israeli troops on west side of Suez. Sadat warns of further fighting unless Golda Meir agrees to proposal.
