(Studio) Former special Watergate prosecutor Archibald Cox reveals to Senator Judiciary Committee that Justice Department was aware of President' intervention in ITT case. Cox states Justice Department may be responsible for ITT (International Telephone and Telegraph Corporation) news leak. Mbrs. of Senator Judiciary Committee propose ITT (International Telephone and Telegraph Corporation) case be reopened. Former Attorney General Richard Kleindienst states he threatened to resign if President interfered in antitrust action against ITT; President backed down.
