(Studio) Vice President Spiro Agnew's lawyers fight double battle.
REPORTER: Walter Cronkite
(Studio) Judge Hoffman's decision to allow Agnew lawyers to subpoena anyone to get at bottom of news leaks presents interesting opinions with regard to age-old conflict between media and judicial system. Agnew fights news leaks now and fears their effect on outcome of allegations, but same media to make Agnew hero if completely exonerated from charges.
