[Boston Mayor Kevin WHITE - admits racial tension in Boston, but believes extent of tension blown out of proportion.] Police find multiple weapons on youth in schools near trouble area. [Boston police captain James MACDONALD - admits racial incidents occur, but matter seems controlled.]
