(Studio) President' problems in Washington, DC haven't disappeared. Eric Sevareid comments on oil problems.

(DC) Blame for oil shortage falls on Congress, oil industry and Nixon administration depending on your viewpoint. Blame placing won't solve problem now. Quick action by Congress backed by Nixon administration necessary. Senator Henry Jackson, Atlantic Richfield oil spokesperson Anderson, mbrs.of environmental task force all supported some means of heading off energy crisis but no one listened.
