(Studio) In Maracaibo, Venezuela, honorary German cnsl. Kurt Nagel released, slightly injured, after shootout involving Nagel's kidnappers. Wife and daughter of Georgia minister freed after being kidnapped for 30 hrs. Jackie and Debbie Nelson found handcuffed but unharmed. J. Paul Getty III apparently kidnapped in Rome, Italy, last July. Newspaper recs. pictures of someone resembling Getty without right ear. Note accompanies pictures, pleading with grandfather to pay multimillion dollar ransom, but Getty Senior refuses to pay ransom.
