(White House) Press Secretary Ronald Ziegler doesn't firmly support White House attorney Fred Buzhardt in his job as Watergate defense cnsl. Ziegler indicates gap between White House and special Watergate prosecutor Leon Jaworski may be at hand. [JAWORSKI - suggests all White House tapes be turned over to courts] Ziegler believes Jaworski honest and fair but calls staff inefficient.
