Schwartz buyer Arnold MAGGI - admits supplies low on certain toys.] [Pressman Toys board chairperson Lynn PRESSMAN - insists most plastic toys can't be changed to wood or metal overnight.] Toy mfrs. face production cuts and possible shutdowns. [Randel Plastics owner Theodore RIKY - says raw material completely unavailable except through black market]
