(Sacramento, California) [State controller Houston FLOURNOY - insists President to be treated with same privacy as any other citizen.] [Democrat William BENNETT - believes President should be charged with tax evasion; bill for back taxes should be sent to Nixon.] Other 2 Republicans on board don't agree with Bennett. [BENNETT - charges President gets preferential treatment.] Accusations and angry words flow freely between Flournoy and Bennett, till mtg. adjourned.
