(NYC) Predawn Comet watchers search skies for Kohoutek for 3 successive nights, but each night Kohoutek elusive to amateur astronomers because of weather. Astronomer and discoverer of Kohoutek unable to join comet watchers; sea sickness kept him in bed all 3 days of voyage.
