(Durham, New Hampshire) Aristotle Onassis confers with state officials and oil men with regard to construction of 1st oil refinery in New England. Onassis' plan reviewed. ["Save our shores" Mrs. Nancy SANDBERG - doesn't want refinery in area; economy value of land could be lost.] [Refinery supporter Murrell THOMPSON - thinks New England should be grateful for chance at refinery, especially now with energy crisis.] Onassis' Olympic Refinery to move slowly.
