(Studio) Emergency energy bill remains in deadlock in Congress

(DC) House and Senator conferees agree on bill, but Representative Paul Fannin refuses to support bill. Disagreements in Congress begin to brew over bill. [Senator Henry JACKSON - thinks profiteering and price gouging must be removed if energy bill to work.] Senator works on emergency energy bill without any superfluous amendments.
