(Managua, Nicaragua) Managua shown following quake. Managua still looks demolished today. Poor forced to live in temporary shelters. [Reverend William MUNIZ - describes emotional state of survivors after earthquake.] Many Nicaraguans blame strongman General Somoza. [General Anastasio SOMOZA - says Managua must be redesigned; disaster has helped city in this way.] Emotional state of people worsens.
