(Houston, Texas) "Operation peace of mind" started soon after bodies of murdered young boys discovered around Houston area. Runaway youngsters may call anytime to leave messages for parents. One volunteer worker describes conversation with parent with regard to child. ["Peace of mind" director Grace SURGUY - says most runaways afraid to call home themselves; many don't want their parents to find them.]
