(Atlanta, Georgia) [Judge Charles WOFFORD - declares alimony law unconst.; reasons given.] Case involves 26 year old Vince Murphy. [MURPHY - believes some wives use alimony as weapon.] Murphy's ex-wife refuses comment. [Feminist action alliance Peg NUGENT - hopes all alimony laws will be rewritten.] Decision expected to be appealed.
