(Studio) Most serious Viet Cong attack in Saigon area since last January, forces South Vietnam to cut back civilian use of gas and electricity.

(Saigon, South Vietnam) After attack, much of Vietnam's fuel supplies in flame. Govt. spokesperson admits military to be affected by Viet Cong attack, although private citizens to be hardest hit.
