(Blakeslee, Pennsylvania) I-80 blockaded by over 100 independent truckers, caused traffic tie-ups for hrs. on both sides of highway [Protest organizer J.W. EDWARDS - insists trucks must be allowed to transport goods in most efficient time. Many truckers forced out of job.] [Trucker Duane JEFFERS - says truckers threaten stoppage again unless demands met. Products won't reach consumer.] Teamster's Union not behind truckers protest.
