(1-80, Pennsylvania) Truckers use diners and citizen band radios to coordinate blockade. Drivers stop on Delaware Memorial Bridge during rush hour to protest government action.

(Berlin Heights, Ohio) Ohio turnpike completely blocked by truckers. [Cleveland, Ohio, minister George EBERHARD - says he's been stuck since dawn on interstate.] Ohio Governor John Gilligan warns court action likely if trucks aren't moving by morning.

(Studio) New Jersey and Pennsylvania govs. consider calling in National Guard to clear roads if further blockades set up.
