(Studio) Truckers blockade major hwys. again to protest high fuel costs and lower speed limits. Ohio Governor Gilligan calls in state police to clear I-70 and Ohio turnpike.

(Berlin Heights, Ohio) Minor scuffles occur; dozen drivers arrested. Some truckers not participating in protest caught in blockade. Late in afternoon, truckers pull out.
