(Studio) President signs legislature to rectify Brownsville affair of 1906. Brownsville affair explained. Surviving member of Brownsville affair, Dorsey Willis, talks to reporters

(Minneapolis, Minnesota) Willis now 87. Earlier in year, Willis honored in ceremony and presented honorable discharge papers from Army. Today President signs bill allowing $25,000 compensation for Willis. [WILLIS - insists he's not bitter over matter although he knows he's been treated shamefully.] Dorsey says he won't use money foolishly.
