(DC) [NIXON - says for 1st time in 10 years at annual prayer breakfast President can say United States at peace in Vietnam. Prays for peace on earth.] [Senator Mark HATFIELD - says Vietnam a sin that has scarred national soul.] Later Nixon meets UK Prime Min. Heath. [Edward HEATH - praises Nixon's peace efforts.] Heath in United States to discuss troop strength in Europe, inflation, Mideast and other matters.
