(Studio) North Ireland, Munich Olympics cited as scenes of terrorism. In 1960 Soviet Khrushchev announced change in party line. Said in nuclear age, big war is no longer feasible. Proposed coexistence, but supported wars of ntl. liberation by small fanatical groups. North Vietnam proved success of theory. Others have been inspired to take action: Tupamaros in South American, IRA (Irish Republican Army) in North Ireland, Black Panthers in US, Arab guerrillas in Munich, etc.
