(Studio) In Paris, Fr., Viet Cong say anxious for high level talks in Saigon re: pol. future South Vietnam, but will come to Saigon only if allowed same freedom of movement they get in Paris. Viet Cong delegations now in South Vietnam being kept isolated. In incident at Tan Son Nhut Air Force Base where Viet Cong and North Vietnam being kept, reporters arrested by South Vietnam troops and their papers confiscated for trying to interview North Vietnam delegates. South Vietnam government later apologizes.
