(Studio) New Year's cease-fire in Indochina over, but no official word on whether United States has resumed bombing North Vietnam. Bombing above 20th parallel stopped indefinitely. Hanoi releases film showing effects recent bombing of city. Also shows United States POW's.

(North Vietnam) Film shows suffering inflicted by bombing, as well as downed US plane and dead American airman. [POW D.P. ROBERT - says being treated fairly.] [POW Brian C. WARD - says being treated for broken arm suffered when plane downed.] [POW Carl F. JETHCO - says North Vietnam treated him well when captured and is doing so now.]
