(Hong Kong) Smith and Flynn taken prisoner after crashing in Chinese territory while on bombing raids in North Vietnam. 2 men taken, like John Downey earlier, to Clark Air Force Base in Philippines. Men in good health.

(Clark AFB, Philippines) [SMITH - says wonderful to be home.] Henry Kissinger, on China visit recently, discussed prisoners of war release as well as mutual US-Chinese force reduction in South Vietnam and North Vietnam respectively.
