(Studio) Great Lakes region suffers from snow storms and floods.

(Harrison Township, Michigan) Great Lakes at record high level. Shoreline communities fear spring floods and are building up dikes for protection. [Frank MITZEL - says barrier walls being filled with sand bags.] Combination of high water levels and high winds could mean disaster.
