(Studio) Several floors new high-rise building in Virginia collapse.

(Bailey's Crossroads, Virginia) Large crane on 24th story of new high rise under construction falls through freshly laid cement. Cuts building in half. At least 6 dead. Rescue efforts difficult because bodies trapped under tons of debris. Building suffers $10 million damage. 17 still missing. Whole structure may topple.
