(DC) Admin. says food prices will continue to increase, though prices will be better later in year Econ. advisor Herbert Stein says rise will slow down at that time. Agriculture Secretary Butz says prices will flatten out. GOP Senate leader Hugh Scott says increase will slow down. [Cost of Living Council spokesperson James McLANE - says rate of increase will slow down. Suggests shoppers eat less or shop for bargains.]
