(Tallahassee, Florida) Residents of Tallahassee area go into projects where roads, houses, etc. being built and dig up plants to use in own yards. Movement originated by "Tallahassee Democrat" newspaper owner Malcolm Johnson. [JOHNSON - identifies plants for people to dig. Explains how he and other plant lovers developed idea of rescuing plants before bulldozers mowed them down.] Plan great success.
