(Capitol Hill) Democrats continue to question Gray about FBI's investigation Watergate bugging. Under questioning Senator Edward Kennedy, Gray says sent summary FBI's Watergate investigation to John Dean, White House attorney, through Attorney General's office. Sent raw FBI files straight to Dean. Nobody told of transaction. Republican Edward Gurney defends Gray. [GURNEY - says feels Gray qualified to be permanent FBI chief.]
